W1 meets one of Santa Barbara’s finest carpenters

Sean Caldwell, Caldwell Construction, invited sales reps from Windsor and Weyerhaeuser to check out the carpentry he’s able to achieve using Windsor’s Craftsman Collection moldings to case out all the doors and windows in his own home. 

Sean uses his home as an example to prospective clients … sharing that the most common first compliment from his clients are on his interior millwork; requesting that Sean replicates the same look in their homes. 

While discussing Windsors 30-year warranty for exterior use, Sean’s only request to Windsor was “can you create a preservative and warranty against Woopeckers?”   Good one, Sean.
