A Design Studio That Has a Showcase of Trim Ideas
When it came time for designer Trudiann Smith of Walworth, NY to create her dream studio space she turned to WindsorONE to help elevate the trim and act as a display of different applications for her clients to see first hand.
“I attempted to show several options to use moldings while keeping the space cohesive… WindsorOne is definitely a superior product. It took paint beautifully. The guys were super impressed with the quality.”
And we are impressed with the quality of this project Trudi, nicely done!
Check out the pics below and you can see more of her work at trudismithdesigns.com. And thank you to Morse Lumber for supplying the material!
A studio and a space to meet with clients to collaborate on design plans.
WindsorONE WOPM004 Picture Mold is used to frame out wall papered panels. Not your typical picture mold application, but it works beautifully. You can see a detail installation of this profile as a panel mold at Finish Carpentry TV.
Classical Colonial WOBM001 Base Molding lines the space.
Three different casing options for clients to see in one space: 1. S4S Minimalist with 1×3 2. S4S 1×3 with apron changes up the minimalist look. 3. WOCS008 beaded casing with a WOWC003 Bullnose Cap, here we see the bead on the outside.
Putting up the Greek Revival Crown WOCM004 around the space. Trayed ceiling with 1×4 S4SSE in a custom X pattern.
A dynamic space; natural light and a variety of installed lighting play with the different textures of trim.
