The WOTG House on Robledo

Mike Porter is a carpenter in high demand in Dallas and a true craftsman.  Chad Dorsey of More Design + Build has been keeping him busy installing over 20,000 linear feet of 1X6 WOTG in their current Custom Home remodel.

The homeowner wanted to replicate the feel of their beach house in British Columbia while at the same time making every room different.  The solution?  A variation of horizontal and vertical installation of T&G throughout the home creating unique spaces within a consistent design and flow.

Chad and Mike maintain a crisp, clean look and feel throughout the home using a variety of S4S boards for door and window casings, base boards, and wainscoting.  With precision and care Mike has produced less than 1% waste, making every cut count.
